Its normal to want to touch someones hair that has nice, clothes and stuff that looks soft or huggable. yes some people do have pretty hair or soft looking clothes and you just want to touch it. I always had people do this to me. Especially when I use to wear soft shirts people would just look for excuses to hug me. I really was not bothered by all the attention though.
