I love my sister, but never sexually. Then last month she was doing her yoga routine in her short shorts, and apparently she was going commando.         You haven't provided any information that would suggest it would be illegal. Depending on the ages and location involved, it could be perfectly legal. And if it is illegal, based on age and location, it would be you sugguesting you break the law as you asked "should I act on it". So why should you pretend to be shocked when someone says "yes"?

    Since you're definitely old enough to be on this site, if she is also an adult, then there's really nothing wrong with consensual incest. I would take precautions to make sure no offspring becomes the fruit of this union, but even so, there is a very low chance (on par with the general population) from 1st generation incest children, so it really wouldn't be the end of the world if you did have a child, though it could prove awkward at family gatherings.

    The point is, if you're both old enough to consent, there's no real reason except "moral" ones, and morality is a subjective human construct, so it's not a necessity to adhere to it, unless it's also your own belief system.

      Sex has evolved through the ages from it's original purpose for procreation, to the present day situation where it is practised for recreation, enjoyment, and mutual fun. Make sure it is consensual, do it in privacy, and take all precautions to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. Been there, done it, can recommend it highly.

    Yes she is your sister, your mind knows that, but she is also a girl, and your body is responding to that part of the equation. There is a whole list of reasons why incest is wrong, both socially and biologically, so personally I would not take action if I were you.
