My boyfriend is roughly my height and very pretty and slender, but still boyish in appearance. I want him to sit on my lap and kiss me.
I'm also a bisexual cisgender woman. However, I doubt I'm subconsciously wanting to be with another woman (after all, I am bi and I can find other women to kiss).

I'd say quite normal. I'm a man, and I love to sit on my SO's lap. She's an inch or two taller than me, we're both fairly thin, though she's more big boned than I am. And what I absolutely LOVE is that she holds me on her lap with her hands kept winched way back several inches deep into my stomach, so tight that it feels like she's squeezing me in two, so tight that it feels like she's going to snap my spine. I just LOVE it!
Compared to that, you're quite normal.
I think it's okay. I love my husband sitting on my lap, even though he's at least 4 inches taller then me. You are definitely normal.
