I want to get to know a guy better before having sex with him. Also, I want him to want me to be his girlfriend. I don't want a FWB relationship but I feel like that's what every guy wants now a days and don't want to get to know the person they are with. What should I do so he can like me?

Keep faith. There are guys out there who desire a meaningful relationship more than a FWB. I'm one of them. But be aware that there are a lot of variables that influence your chances of meeting such types, where you meet them, their age, whether they find value in raw pleasure or something deeper etc
As for your last question, you can do a lot of things to make someone like you, but that will most likely be superficially. Do you really want that?
