Is it normal that i've never fallen in love?

I'm a 19 year old guy and I can honestly say that I've never been head over heels in love with anyone. Don't get me wrong, I'm not even close to being asexual - I fantasize about having sex all the time - and there are many women that I like or find attractive and think about dating or having sex with, but I've never had really strong feelings toward any of them, not anything like what you see in the movies or hear songs about. I do love my family, but that's different. My guess is that if I was in a relationship long enough, I'd slowly start to love the girl after I've known her for a long time. Do any of you feel the same way?

    Some people connect better than others, so a bond can be formed faster than others.

    But yea of course it's natural. Love takes time.

    It sounds to me like your confusing love and sex. You could be asexual and be in love. You could want sex from some one and not be in love with them. Sex and love aren't the same thing tho sometimes they go together well and sometimes they are better left apart.
