I drive a normal car and don't purposely dress like I belong in a gang. So, regardless of my race, I am not profiled or treated as a threat. IIN?
Pretty uncommon, they usually blast my teeth out every time i pull over.
The thing is: Even if you drove a golden hummer and even if you dressed like a gang member, hell, even if you ACTUALLY WERE a gang member, the police still shouldn't shoot you if you're unarmed.
A police officer should only use lethal force if absolutley necessary. That's what they're trained for, that's why they get to even have that gun.
They're probably racist then. If you are black and in Chicago, then they would probably kill you.
It's not the color of your skin, it's the environment that you live in or the subculture that you choose. They 'profile' areas of higher statistical crime rates - lower class neighborhoods. The instances you've seen are the man bites dog cases the media loves to dwell over, but the majority of police live to serve for justice.
