Is it normal that i told my friend's crush that who i liked?

Helllooo.
On the last day of my freshman year in middle school, I got really sad because I couldn't talk to my crush. His friend and I take the same bus. When we got to the bus station, I got really sad and like started sniffling and stuff. I said can you please help me with the person I like? I feel like I got really desperate. He told me that he didn't tell secrets. I believed him. He said that he keeps them to himself but he's the quirkiest little shit of a person I have ever met. So I feel like he lied to me and will tell the person I like that I like them. I just wanna get really good at lying. Bleh, so many hormones and girly stuff things going through me. I feel like telling him was a mistake but while I was telling him I really did trust him.

~Maybe some advice for what to do?

    Deep down you probably want him to tell your crush for you.

    I see it like this, never tell anyone your secret unless you 100% trust them. If you tell someone you hardly know or trust, then you're basically asking them to confess your feelings to your crush for you.

    Either confess your feelings to him, talk to a trusted friend/family member, or write in a journal/diary.

      I'm kidding, I did tell them but they don't know how infatuated I am with him.

    That's what diaries are for, sugar! Why do teenagers keep diaries and journals, because it's a place to put that personal business that if they tell the wrong person it might just end up in the street. It should be even easier nowadays, because I'm sure there are ways to keep a diary on a computer, tablet or even a phone where you can password protect it.

    Trust is a special, and precious thing so be careful who you give that trust to for the sake of your own sanity, dear heart.

      My sister has a friend who can keylog. Locks don't work, you just break them.
