I mean, that's not an opinion. That's the truth. It's not easy for everyone though. I grew up in an emotionally abusive family where saying "no" meant you were selfish, evil, and should have been aborted. Growing up, I didn't say no because I wanted people to love me the way my family didn't. I had to train myself otherwise.
Long story short, its just not always that easy.
