    When you are insightful of others feelings you tend to make predictions. If the predictions are more accurate than others this would be true. So yes.

      Just as a regular IQ exists, so does an Emotional IQ. Don't let this fool persuade you, Emotional Intelligence is a thing (and an important one at that!). The University of Hampshire says, "Emotional intelligence represents an ability to validly reason with emotions and to use emotions to enhance thought."

    i guess id be emotionally retarded im very impulsive i have kind of a quick temper i overreact a lot in both positive and negative wasy what i mean to say is its easy to make me happy and its easy to make me angry

    i also get emotionally attached to everything people and animals mostly almost obsessive but that i do manage to keep under control im very clingy i guess you could say

    How can you be "emotionally" smart? Raw emotion has nothing to do with intelligence.

    Maybe you mean you maturely handle your emotions?

    I think you mean you are more Mature then them. Your views and outlooks are more mature then your peers, even if they are technically smarter IQ wise. Correct?

      Just like people with a high IQ know they are good in mathematics, because they can count faster than the person they are confronted with.

        Seriously...? That made no sense. People with a high IQ know they're good at maths? LOL since when does math and counting fast automatically equate to intelligence? Do you know how many intelligent people were "slow" at counting? LMAO
