Is it normal that i still have strong feelings for a guy that i don't know?

So long story but short. I met this guy at camp three years ago. My group won a raft race and people were hanging out by the beach. We had made eye contact through out the week but never had a conversation. He saw me all dry and asked me if I wanted to go for a swim. I said no. He grabbed my arm and lifted me onto his shoulder and threw me in. ... I got his number and we texted for about a month. I was a little obsessed and texted him way too much and he stopped texting me back. Three years later, I've still have some feelings for him. But he has a girlfriend. Should I try texting him again? Is it normal to still have feelings for a guy that I don't even know?

    I think that if he was the one who stopped sending you text and if he now has a girlfriend it's clear that he has turned a new page. I think that it's not a good idea (considering that you still have some feelings for him) to try to contact him.
