Is it normal that i stabbed my boyfriend 3 times & he keeps coming back?

Me and my boyfriend have been together off and on for 8 yrs. We've had some crazy fights to the point where I've stabbed him (once in the forehead and he had to get stitches)..Keep in mind, he had it coming and I feel it was well deserved, crazy yes--but what I'm asking is: is it normal that he comes back after all that? I know if someone stabbed me, I DEFINITELY wouldn't sleep next to them nor be anywhere near them..
NOTE: He is also 13 yrs older than me, and evidently doesn't have a problem getting someone else, because he has cheated numerous times...

    Well its crazy that he keeps coming back but its also crazy that you take him back. I say just end it for good before someone's facing murder charges.

    You didn't give him brain damage did you? Why aren't you in jail? You need to leave him and not take him back. Have a nice calm conversation with him in a public area that has no access to knives. Tell him that you don't want him any more and that for his sake and safety that he should stop trying to woe you back.

    I dont know all the details but it sounds like he's abusive. And you need to get the fuck away from him before one of you gets physicly hurt. He sounds overly clingy as fuckk. like insane maybe.

    I know a lot of couples that go through this same problem. Where i am from, this is normal.

    But... If anyone stabbed me in the forehead i would kill them. If my cousins, brothers, or sisters found out that i let this bitch stab me in the face, they would beat me half to death, and kill her. Lolz

    You need to up and leave one day when he is at work. Leave no trace or evidence you were there. Delete Facebook if you have one. Just flee.
