Yeah it's pretty common for rich people to be on drugs constantly. When you're living that lifestyle of self-indulgence you tend to become reckless. There's also a lot of celebrities who can't cope with the fact that they're public figures, their life will never be like it used to be so they tend to fall into temptation, the drugs giving them a sense of escape from reality.

I honestly believe that at least 80% of celebs are on some sort of drugs or have been through that stage at some point in their wretch lives.
