Is it normal that i sometimes get what feel like pin pricks on my skin?

I mostly get them on my hands, legs, & feet, but not exclusively. They seem to happen more often when I'm sick or am getting sick, but–again–not exclusively. Is this something I should seek medical attention for?

Have you pissed anyone off who's into voodoo lately?

So are vampires and zombies, but folks seem to spend a great deal of time here discussing them.

It might be a skin condition called urticaria. There are different kinds. I have it, and it feels just like what you described. It's annoying and often unpleasant, but harmless.

    • Based on that and other symptoms, it seems like it could be a possibility. I will have to consult a medical professional.

Ok .. Do you have any seemingly unrelated symptoms / things that happen on a sporadic or regular basis .. ? Am asking as , this is one of the first symptoms my sister & daughter had before being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis .

  • I don't mean like when a limb falls asleep. People call that pins & needles, but that's a tingling feeling throughout the area. This doesn't just happen from sitting in the same position for a long time and is more localised than that. Like sometimes I will just get the feeling in one part of my scalp, on a spot of my neck, or just around my ankle but not above or below it. Also when a limb falls asleep (at least for me) it seems to affect the whole limb inside and out. What I'm talking about it just on the very top of the skin.

Depends on when this happens .. Is it while doing normal things ? Or is it after sitting for a long time etc ??
