Is it normal that i sit in my car at night alone?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets overwhelmed by their own thoughts and emotions sometimes. I get repetitive bouts of depression and anxiety and at times it all just goes out of whack. Sometimes I just feel like being isolated and despite the fact that I have my own room to be in in a secluded part of the house I will sometimes climb into the car instead.

There's something about the pitch darkness and the absolute silence. I'll take my ipod and curl up either in the drivers seat or lay in the back and just be there for an hour or so.

Anyways what nooks to you lot sneak off to? Assuming I'm not the only one.

Totally normal I suffer really bad depression and anxiety so I spend alot of time by myself or with my child as that's were I feel at ease.

Mixing or being around others takes it out of me and makes me feel awkward, watched even though I know what they think does not matter to me but it'a something I feel is a uphill battle.

So yes it's very normal and we are more than normal!

If it's a good, safe, place for you to be alone and happy, then keep doing it.
