Is it normal that i send a gift to the girl i love out of the country?

I love a girl ,and i am not sure if she does ,but what i am 100% sure about is that she respect me and she feels comfortable talking with me about her life , i want to send her a valentine gift without her knowing !, but what weird it that i didn't confess to her about my feelings , is it okay to send it any way to her address!, by the way she is a distant relative and she is 19 yo and i am 24 .

    If you didn't confess feelings, don't do it. She's gonna creep out and you're gonna look desperate. Take it slow, make her fall little by little. Win her trust, but don't fall in the friendzone.
