I have multiple scars on my arm from when I tried to bleed myself to death.
I express regret that I tried to die.
My regret is never going.
I know this isn't the place to speak about self-harm but I am sure you know where I am coming from.
Is it a normal thing?
Yeah self mutilation should be looked upon in regret.
Farthest I went with self harm was pinching really hard... that's when I figured it was just easier to beat the shit out of the bully. I got beat up as well but everything got settled at that point.
Like you said, that regret isn't going anywhere unless it stops having meaning for you
Which can be good, it can motivate you to do so much with your life if you just remember what you would have if you kill yourself

I feel you, I have super obvious track marks all over my arms. Theyre so gnarly there is no way i can make up some bs.
