Is it normal that i really like windows xp sounds?

I love Windows XP, that was my childhood operating system. The sounds are very nostalgic.

Its all fun and games until you try to switch off your computer fastly before your parents hearing you and then hearing a DUN!

XP was the best Operating System of all time; a monolith of programming achievement.

All windows sounds are ASMR for me

Windows XP was probably the best overall version of the modern Windows.

There was a much earlier version in the late 80's or early 90's that I liked as well. I cannot remember what version it was (although I still have a laptop computer that runs it that I use about once every 3rd year to check or modify some settings in some used industrial UPS Battery backups I have)using a 9 pin serial cable.

I cannot do much else with that computer as the USB port no longer works - although the floppy drive does work. None of the modern computers can read floppy discs.

Personally my nostalgia lies heavily with windows 7 but I can acknowledge that XP had some pretty solid sounds. I miss the old web sometimes, even if it was clunky and slow. There was just something about it, you know? That and the clicky keyboards that came with old pcs. I fucking love those things.

I love them as well, also Windows 95 and Windows 98! Those startup sounds bring back so many memories for me!

I personally prefer my computer to be silent.

They sure mess that shit up when they went to windows 10 hated that software but I still got my old windows xp computer and it still working not going to up grade just saying from hard rock dude
