    tzrtzr125, the arousal is really two-fold. There is the obvious physical stimulation of having a plug inserted. That is coupled with the mental stimulation of being in public and no one can tell it is in me.

    In a way, It's similar to the thrill women or couples get when the wife or girlfriend goes out wearing vibrating panties/butterfly or with a vibrating egg inserted.
