Is it normal that i put on a blonde wig and pretend to be someone else?

Sometimes I like to put on a blonde wig and pretend to be Mary-Lou, my imaginary cousin from Delaware. I do this openly in front of my flatmates who find it amusing, but sometimes Mary-Lou comes back during the evening when no-one else is around. She doesn't do anything sinister except for listening to Dolly Parton non-stop. Is this normal?

    Ha, I don't know, maybe. I used to work with someone who would occasionally wear a long blonde wig to work simply because she wanted to. Her real hair was light brown chin-length dreads (she is white). Putting on a wig didn't change her personality though.
