Is it normal that i prefer dreamless sleep???

I like sleep, but I can't say I'm a fan of dreams. My dreams are rarely pleasant and sometimes, my dreams weird me out a little too much that when I wake up, I totally don't feel rested. is it normal that I prefer my sleep to be dreamless?

I had a dream that I was beating a vampire in the head with a shovel, when I woke up my arms actually felt tired like I'd been hitting something with a shovel.

That wasnt a dream. That was a repressed memory of when you murdered your first victim.

dreams are often a manifestation of your preoccupations. not just what you were thinking throughout the day, but whether or not something/anything was subconsciously on your mind. and that "energy" is what creates weird dreams.

unfortunately, there are tons of variables when it comes to dreams.

I'll share a personal reason for weird dreams. Try not to eat late, and then sleep.

Lol, Im afraid thats an impossible task. Theres really no rhyme or reason to dreams and being able to control not remembering them. Sorry, lol.

There are always dreams, we just dont remember most. Under those circumstances it is normal to not want dreams. Unfortunately the only things that can really be done about dreams are changing your routines before sleep.
