Starving yourself will make losing weight harder. Your body wont want to lose the weight. You need to use the calories you are consuming, not deprive yourself of them.
That's way below what your body needs to function in a healthy way. If you keep it up permanently you'll end up very ill and will almost certainly die prematurely.
Alternatively, if you do it for a while and then return to a normal diet your metabolism will respond to your body having been starved by putting on more weight.
That's a terrible diet and a great way not to maintain a nice body . It's counter productive . I would need to know some info but I could give you a much better range . I don't think anyone should ever go below 1500 really , 1200 maybe depending on the person and length of time but you shouldn't slash your calories all at once .
Honestly? I can see the appeal but that's really not the best way to go about it and can be unhealthy and contribute to weight gain once you finish, a balanced diet and exercise is recommended for a reason, exercise is the most important, you can still enjoy your food, although admittedly I've had a relapse, my american candy has been shipped and arrived today and I've just discovered chocolate coated twinkles and zagnut bars so I've probably eaten that much in the last hour
