Is it normal that i "mentally ra pe" myself to combat intrusive thoughts
Whenever I get bad thoughts, I imagine something rather large be shoved into my vagina. Its not something I desire (so please try to refrain from perverted jokes), but I'd rather think of that then the terrible thoughts. I realize people will probably laugh at this and think it's a joke, and that's fine, but I'm actually not joking at all. is it normal to do this?
