Is it normal that i'm just tired when i'm drunk?

Everytime I'm drunk, I just get tired. All my friends are funny, aggressive or freaky when they are drunk, but I just feel like I'm falling asleep lol. Is it normal?

    This is what happens to me but I also drink three times as fast.

    I doubt you're "just" tired, but passing out (being just so tired that you lose consciousness) is common if you drink enough.
