Is it normal that i'm in love with this girl that probably has a boyfriend?

There is a girl that I am DEEPLY IN LOVE with and she is going to a different sixth forum than me, and she is a difficult person to meet up with so I will hardly see her again. She went to prom with one of my friends who I know also is deeply in love with her. Me and him have talked about us liking her and if anything, have made a stronger friendship over it. However, she seems to prefer him than me and inevitably, jealousy started to linger. I'm still not sure if they are in a relationship or not, and I have VERY severe anxiety so I'm terrified to ask. I honestly love her to pieces and went out of my way just to hang around with her more. About a year back I told her that I liked her and she kinda turned me down gently. Because of that, I'm worried that she will still not like me or give me a chance, which is seriously affecting my health. I'm not sure if she remembers or if she changed her mind about me so I really don't know what to do.

Nope. 4
Ask her if she is in a relationship, if she isn't, ask her out. 14
Stay away from that, it's just going to start conflict. 3
Just tell her how you feel again and see how things go from there. 10

She turned you down last year, probably has a bf and your friend loves her also?

Best to leave this one alone - it has disaster written ALL over it

No, her possible bf is my friend, but thanks for the advise.

Smart thing would probably be to move on, but let's face it. You'll always be wondering what could have been.
So why not just ask her. Then you know. If you already feel terrible, what is there to lose? The truth will set you free even if it's a sad one.

I'm a girl. Take it from me, she's probably too scared to start the conversation. Of course we love to know someone loves us, so be confident! Tell her how you feel, and if she turns you down, at least you won't live in regret, wondering if she could've been your fairytale true love if you hadn't walked away from the opportunity. Again, us girls can be pretty shy so remember: CONFIDENCE!
