I think I'm in love with my Second Cousin, but I don't think he wants to be with me because he thinks everybody will disapprove of our relationship. Do you think it would be wrong to be in a relationship with him?

Maybe try talking to your family about him. I mean it's not like he's your dad or something.

You sound young, have you ever been in love with a man before? Have you dated at all? Definitely do not date your second cousin, there's literally billions of other men out there. Maybe give one of them a try first?
Not trying to sound rude or close-minded, I just don't personally believe that's necessary.. Or appropriate. So maybe he has the right idea, if you guys REALLY love each other and are MEANT to be together FOREVER then you'll come back to one another. Don't feel like you need to decide now, you have plenty of time.
I'm 19 years old, I have dated 5 men already, and I know what love is.. I know there are many other men out there, but I can always try dating my Second Cousin, but only if he decides it would be ok.. I am a very understanding person and I am giving him his space, so there is no pressure upon him.. I would also like to say that we've had sex twice and he was, and is, THE BEST I've EVER HAD!! A lot of people are attracted to their relatives. If there is no shared blood then I don't believe its wrong. Most of the stereotypes surrounding related people being together, in the way you mean, were started because of the increased risks of birth defects and degredation of the gene pool. If you to don't share blood then those things aren't an issue. Just remember your cousin is right to be afraid because you will likely be looked down on by the people who know your related especially your family. But yes I would say it is normal to be attracted to or even in love with a relative. However I do not think its normal to act on these feelings. Remember you could loose your whole family over a single kiss.
