I'm gay, and have only had sex with guys in my life. But I have grown romantically attracted to my best friend over the years, and I plan on living with her soon. I really want to spend my life with her, and she's the only woman I've ever been attracted to. However I still would say that I am gay, and I told her I'm gay long ago.

    That's normal. You can feel romantic attraction for both sexes. If you also feel attracted to her sexually, maybe you're not 100% gay. Whatever it is, it's fine and normal.

    I have heard about gay guys having a girl they like pretty often. seems normal to me. you can like someone without wanting to have sex with them.

    It's wonderful actually! If you're in love then don't be afraid to tell her! Sexuality is fluid, my friend. you don't always have to identify as one thing if you don't conform to it anymore. Human beings are growing, changing creatures. And also bisexual might be the right word for you. (It's a lot of fun!)
