Is it normal that i'm a 23 year old male 5'7" and weigh 108 with 4% body fat?

Almost 23 years old. I'm 5'7" and currently weigh only 108 lbs with a body fat of 4%. I don't do anything to be this lean. I eat normal actually I eat pretty damn unhealthy but my weight never seems to fluctuate up or down. Been super light all my life and Ive always been extremely active with sports i.e. boxing karate kickboxing etc. I started eating healthy and worked out for a year and was only able to put on 8 lbs and reached 115 with the same body fat. If you look at me you would never guess I'm 108. You'd give me 120 at the very least. I'm not exactly skinny but lean instead. I look fairly muscular probably due to not having any fat on top of my muscles.

What is it in my body that I'm like this? I can't gain weight and I can't lose weight.

If you don't seem to have a problem, and nobody's telling you omigod you have to gain weight, I don't think you have anything to worry about. (Don't mention it to any girls though, it will make them insanely jealous!)

I was in a similar situation for most of my life About 4 year ago I wss 5'11 and weighed 10 stone or 140 pounds, which was really skinny. I started to change my diet and work out and now I am about 14 stone or 196 pound and my body fat is at about 10%. In my profile picture I was 11 1/2 stone or 160 pounds and about 12% body fat. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication but it is possible to change.

I have a friend who's metabolism is as weird as yours. All I can say is cherish it because someday not eating healthy and no exercise will catch up to you.
