I'm the exact same as you. But I did start going out for birthdays and I enjoyed it.
What don't you enjoy about it ? Drinking? The loud music? All the people?
If he wants to really go you could tag a long you don't have to drink if it's not your thing.
Or you could suggest something else or plan a surprise.

perfectly normal, I've never enjoyed the party scene, and most my friends were the same.

growing out of it is normal, in college I had a friend she was a HARDCORE party girl, like she got word slurring drunk, and then she picked the guys up in bars to fuck regularly. Hardcore party girl, but in this last 12-18 moths she's been leaving the party scene, she doesn't drink much anymore and she's been trying to settle down.

As for what is fun to do depends on his interests, I'm a nerd and a kid at heart, so board games or acting like an idiot playing on playground equipment at night would be fun. If he likes sports take him to a game or plan a tv game viewing party at home.
But whatever his interests I promise nothing would make him happier than you sucking his dick all day, no matter our personal interests all guys have one universal interest.

Girls will always figure out a reason why they are particularly special and great. One that goes to clubs would claim to be a social butterfly, and one that doesn't will claim to be the more dignified, much kinder type.

Holiday or some extreme sport stuff!! Barbecue at the park-beach! Or is that too much in the party cathegory for you??? I would say dinner or BBQ outside with Friends or vacation or concert or some extreme stuff you two want to try like parashute of something like that

Go on a roadtrip. A nice restaurant or concert. You can get fine drinks instead of going to a club or bar to drink beer or get wasted

I'm like that too. Depends on what you like to do for a birthday- clubs aren't that special, so if you're looking for something equally as special and you prefer a quieter atmosphere

I hate partying and clubbing too, I don't mind the occasional visit to a bar but they are never long, irresponsible or big nights, used to go more when i world in the city, activities that may be good for people like us, live sporting events, picnics, cinemas, ten pin bowling, arcade game centres, nice casual lunches with a quiet drink, maybe listen to some music or cook at one of your houses with some close family and rent a movie for the day/ night? what country are you from? Are you on Instagram? Maybe we could be online friends? Hope your boyfriend is a good bloke.... you sound really nice and cool

You could go on a holiday to some exotic or fancy location.

I am not too keen on going to bars every weekend, but I do enjoy going when it's a birthday party. I think you should at least go for a bit, and leave early if you wish. He can stay with his friends.

In my group of friends, (i'm 23 so it's not that different) we also have bbqs in the park. we also meet up to go to the beach sometimes. or to go bowling! or cinema. or eat out for somebodys birthday.
