So I'm turning 22 in 2 months and I didn't have sex yet, I slept with a girl before and we did stuff but i didn't penetrate, It was a nice experience, the problem is where I live it's soo difficult to have sex before marriage.
Should I try hard to do it? Or should I just wait till the chance comes?

Normal. As S0UNDS_WEIRD said, sex is a (potential) part of life, not an achievement. There is no race to do it by a certain age. In my opinion, it's something that should be done when you personally feel ready, and definitely not rushed, regardless of your age.
