It personally isn't my thing but if the content has already been created I don't think you're doing further damage to the parties in the video by viewing it, though you may be doing damage to yourself, this is largely subjective.
What I think is perhaps the more interesting tangent is how you managed to come across this randomly while browsing porn. Since it's illegal in many places most legit porn outlets won't have it, you'd almost have to go looking for it to find it. Which is largely the reason I believe this may, in fact, be a troll.
