I'm a female. I really enjoy the feeling of holding my bladder in on full capacity. When It's time to use the restroom, I like to release small streams of urine at a time and then I like to hold in my urine more by clenching my muscles tight and enjoying the short-term bursts of euphoria over and over again; until my bladder is empty, of course.     I just found someone who does it too. I don't know why it just has this feeling and I don't know how I started doing it. I'm female too.
