Is it normal that i like to keep my nails long

I'm a guy but I honestly hate having short nails, my hands get sweaty when my nails are short and I just find it more comfortable to have longer nails, they're not super long, like, they are .6 cm at the tip and my friends call me girly for liking them long.

    Normal, but why on earth would short nails make your hands sweaty? I don't get it

    Yeah I keep my nails long often. I don't understand how people cut them so short. It helps a lot with keeping the dirt out.
