Is it normal that i like to be criticised?
I like it because I use it as feedback to help improve myself. I don't clap back angrily, I take the criticism to help find ways to change things.

This is a very healthy thought process! I’ve known people who couldn’t handle slight suggestions for improvement from their manager. Never ended well.
That’s a good attitude to have. It shows you are resilient and not easily offended. That’s also usually the kind of attitude successful people have.
If you actually do something about it and improve yourself then yeah. Its positive. I knew a guy who could take criticism and even asked for it sometimes but he did nothing to improve, only said he would then didn't. Thats less normal, and doesnt really make sense either.
So you're saying it depends if I am willing to do something about it.
And saying that it is only less normal if I do not commit to those improvements?
I'm now understanding this a bit more.
Yeah because if you have no intention to improve things needing improvement I don't really see the point in wanting criticism. Or maybe you just want to hear how people view you, but that's different from criticism and doesn't necessarily mean you need to change anything. But improvement is always positive either way, no one is perfect.
Keep it up and you'll live a good life. So many people become hostile when confronted. If someone's talking shit about you then simply evaluate why they saying that and determine if it's valid or just malice. If it's shit talking then ignore it. Either way you win.
Imagine yourself being a better version of yourself before going to bed and when you wake up.
