Is it normal that i like a girl but don't know how to tell?

So here it is, I like a girl in my college. She is gorgeous. The story is, that she likes me too but she has no clue that I know it. So one fine day I msg her on facebook to start a conversation, problem is that I am a simple guy who just wants to ask her out, but she won't reply fast or continue the conversation. It is pretty obvious that she knows I like her too but she should reply quite often so I could take her out and show her places she has never seen but that just won't happen. Tell me how do i get her to talk. She is a muslim, maybe she is conservative or anything. I just don't want to look like a creep by bugging her first. But Jesus she is beautiful, like the one's in myths. I can't stop thinking about her. I want her, but I don't know how to get her. Here's a fun fact I am super hot too, like young brad pitt.
