Where I come from PDA is not really a big deal so I often make out with guys in public (at parties and stuff, I'm not a psycho) and I never stop them from touching me because I'm into it too. But anyway, last saturday one of them grabbed my butt very tightly and stimulated my clit (sort of dry humping?     If you were ok with it then it's fine. If you told him stop and he didn't that'd be a problem but otherwise it's fine.
