Don't give into the pressure, take your time. Find someone that you truly care for and who in return, feels the same way about you when deciding to lose your virginity. It truly isn't anyone's business as to why you haven't lost it "yet". Unless you plan on losing it to them, you don't really owe anyone an explanation.
Why not try getting to know someone as a friend first? This way you'll feel comfortable around them if you ever happen to become attracted to them.
