Is it normal that i have the need for speed.

I need speed. High velocity, that is. Everyday, I ride my motorcycle at 180 kph (110 mph) thru traffic on the freeway that is moving 105 kph (65 mph). I weave thru the traffic, ride on the road shoulder, and keep the engine whining at a very high pitch. The experience is intoxicating, and I think that many people are jealous of me.

What do you think? IIN?

That's fantastic! Please tell me you have a camera mounted to your helmet. That way when you have a fatal head on collision with a bus, we can all enjoy it.

    It sure is a thrill but there's a time & a place.
Luckily I think you're pulling your dick & on the off chance that you are legit, at least you're on a bike so you're only likely to kill yourself, nobody else

    • I have really good observation and reflexes. I am in the top 30% of motorcyclists that will never have an accident.

You idiots bobbing in and out of traffic and ridding on the shoulder give the rest of us bad rep. At 5 am in the morning when the freeway is empty I'll go all out. But inconveniencing other drivers or scaring a 50 year old lady weaving past her car is a bit selfish. Even professionals lay it down. One day your going to find out what it feels like to be skinless.

    • A 5 am ride sounds like a good start to the day. What kind of bike do you have?

    • No. If I were to agree to that, the hospital would euthanize me during my next wellness visit.

You say think you think many people are jealous of you? I doubt it. They are probably just annoyed as fuck by you

    • Why is everyone so worried about death? Better to be worried about being focused on the moment. Daydreaming is what causes accidents.

I know what you are talking about as I used to race motorcycles.

So if you wanna ride fast why not get into racing bikes on a track? On a track you can go way faster than 180.

It's much better than doing it on public roads where you are putting other people's lives in danger (people that haven't agreed to ride with you at 180kph).

If you don't mind getting yourself killed that's fine, but don't endanger other people.

    • If a high velocity motorcycle ever hit your car, it would scarcely even scratch the paint.

You're not accounting that someone might swerve to avoid you and hit someone else. Your just icing on the cake if anything else were to go wrong.

never ridden a bike but in a car I too enjoy swerving through traffic. except I do so rarely and never more than ~20mph faster than the traffic.

I didn't know bikes with training wheels could go that fast. You must have to peddle your little heart out.

    • Motorcycles, ya senile old sailor. I'm surprised you don't keep one on your yacht for when you dock at a port. You don't need any common sense to drive them either, just a license.

Says the dead man riding. I've seen you guys before, and your story never ends well.
I have carried both powered and unpowered bikes aboard, but it's too much hassle registering the powered ones in each country.

        • Do you rent motorcycles when you arrive in port then?
