Is it normal that i have so many zits

Here is my morning routine:

Wake up
Cleanse
Moisturise
Done!

However, i have 20, count em', TWENTY zits. And by zits, i mean gigantic red splotches on my already extremely ugly face (just take my word that i'm ugly.) All my classmates have one or two zits, and i have 20 zits, some of which have been there for half a year. HELP???

I was fucking this woman and it was really rough feeling so I told her. She went into the bathroom and came out later and we started fucking again and it was smooth as can be. I asked her what she did and she said she just picked off all the scabs. ROFL

Apple cider vinegar with the mother (Bragg's is best). Wash your face with it (DILUTE IT WITH WATER, else it will burn your face) and let it air dry. You should also drink 1 TBSP of it every morning, 30 minutes before you eat. This can also be done again either in the evening or just before you go to bed. I also highly recommend both 100% organic raw honey and lemon juice.

Every single morning, I drink Bragg's ACV, as well as wash my face with it. I do this again in the evening, after I take a shower. And then just before I go to bed, I squeeze a whole lemon and drink it. I also apply a thin layer of organic raw honey to my entire face and I leave it on overnight, and then I wash it off in the morning...

Ever since I've been doing this routine, my acne has gotten so much better and I also don't breakout nearly as much as I used to. And when I do breakout, it heals a lot quicker than it used to. My skin is also a lot softer and more radiant looking.

Check the back of your moisturizer bottle. If it's got dimethicone in it, it's hurting more than helping. That stuff traps dead skin cells and bacteria beneath it.

Believe it or not, you actually want to apply a thin layer of oil on your face. If your face feels too dry it'll produce too much oil and you'll end up with zits everywhere.

Do you eat a lot of gluten, meat, dairy, eggs and/or soy products?

I would try to eliminate these things one at a time and you will likely see an improvement.

  • Ignore them and they will go away as you mature.

It's not my diet. In the last few months, I've had maybe one chocolate bar. My parents are anal about that.

Raw potato juice and rose water, blend it and rub it all over your face. Either leave it overnight or rinse in 30 min. I had to rinse when I used it because it started to hurt. It made my face softer and faded my acne scars.
