Is it normal that i have questions about pregnancy

So how do you woman or guys that their girlfriends told them about this, know/ can tell you are pregnant the very first days? We used protection but at the end the condom got stuck on me and I pulled it off but was worried so the next day I went to get Plan B but I'm worried. So what are some signs?

    You will probably feel a bit mentally disturbed or upset physical a bit more wetter down below possiblity but might take time
