    I have never had one either, nor have I ever cum in my pants, or experienced any other type of spontaneous orgasm. Every orgasm I have ever had was intentional and required physical stimulation. I don't understand how it would be possible any other way, but I am told it happens, so it must be possible.

      it happens when guys who are sexually active or masturbate frequently are in a situation where they don't touch themselves for a while, basically the semen builds up and comes out on its own, and i think it's more common in teenagers. happened to me once when i was on vacation with my family and never got any private time (except the bathroom but i don't masturbate there anyway). i just remember seeing a pretty girl in my dream and next thing i know i had cum on my pajamas.
