Is it normal that i have found the answer to happiness in life?

Maslow's Hierarchy Pyramid = the blueprint of happiness.
That's the model for human happiness. The foundation. This is all you need to know.

I don't think it's a particularly well grounded theory, for the time yes but things have moved forward and there are many people with interesting modernised theories using mazlow's theories as a groundwork.

Maslow's hierarchy is often taught as something historical in modern psychology, not so much as freud's work though, but that's the thing with psychology there are so many different contrasting theories and little to no way to get conclusive proof

    • Oh yes, Sigmund Freud, the man that committed suicide, no less? Psych classes skip that detail. Although, I think he had a valid reason, myself. Beyond that sad stuff, Freud makes the best humor I know, as does Pavlov. Going random here, excuse me....

I still like Maslow's Hierarchy, flaws or no flaws. Its not a bad model. I can find its merits exemplified by healthy communities. There's always variances.

You can even make up your own pyramid of happiness like Maslow's model.
