Is it normal that i have a "sweet spot" on the back of my neck?

So, this is completely not sexual. When my boyfriend or my self, plays with and scratches the back of my neck, I get extremely intense ASMR and chills through out my body and it makes it almost impossible for me to focus on anything. It's that sensitive that after a while of him playing with that sort of "sweet spot" im kind of poo brained and cant really hold a conversation until he stops moving his hand. It's embarrassing because he knows very well that this spot is sensitive so he does it often. I mean, it feels really good and I know he likes the idea of having that little hint of "power" over me, even if it's more pleasurable on my part than anything. but is this something normal or am I the only person who has this? I feel like some sort of pet sometimes because I could only imagine this is what it feel like when you hit their sweet spot. I'm not joking around either. I know a lot of this stuff on here is now bullshit and trolling but idk where else to ask.. thank you though to everyone who will be willing to give their honest (hopefully sugar coated)opinions on this.

Normal, no need to worry. 6
Eh, but it's nothing to be concerned about. 4
Kind of odd, maybe you should get that checked out? 2
I have something similar! (please talk about it in comments if you do!) 5

I am the same way when someone plays with my hair. I think it is normal, and everyone has a certain thing like this that they really like or that relaxes them.

Good! :) I think it is very common, it is just a different spot for everyone. I had an ex that would practically melt when I rubbed his back too, I just remembered that. I think most people have a certain spot they like to have touched or rubbed that relaxes them.
