Is it normal that i hate politics because it brings out the worst in people?

I don't follow politics because every source is biased and the commentators are, for the most part, douchebags.

I know people get passionate about their governments, but the comments on every political news story are so bitter and hateful that I'm just turned off from caring. (I know I don't have to look, but you know...) That and there's just so much to take into consideration that you can never pick the right person.

Politics just bring out the worst in people and I don't want to be involved at all. IIN?

Maybe it's time that we re-form our out-dated, inefficient and corrupt political systems?

    I like politics, personally.

That said, it still is the surefire way to lose friends and anger people.

That is because this goes into moral issues and personal beliefs. So it tends to be a very touchy subject. Yes it does bring out the worst in people.

Some people also have very strong beliefs in an issue and no one likes to feel that they are being stepped on. I think the biggest issue in politics is that the voice of the people hardly ever is considered by the higher ups. Thats not just one part of the world either.

At this point I think they are just doing whatever they feel like. Those below are peasants and they live like kings. When the money runs dry the politicians are going to have to figure out what to do about it. I hardly think they are prepared for it though.

I hate some of them because they use the money we give them to shit while they could use them to something else.
