Is it normal that i hate people who take the job assigned to them too seriously
Firstly, Im not sure of the title.But here goes the situation;
3 of us joined our company at the same time (which makes us batch mates).
1 of us is now in a different shift.So its just me and another guy here for our shift.Among 15 of us,we re the the 2nd batch of senior for this shift.
Then,one day,since no supervisors are available,they asked him to monitor the floor.The next,I was assigned to the same task.What i did was,make sure everythings ok,answer questions and schedule breaks so that it doesnt clash with our production.
What he does is,when our colleagues go for breaks,he ll wait for them and if they re late even for a minute,he WILL ACTUALLY CALL THEM TO ASK WHERE ARE YOU?.Then,he will mention the workload quantity and say 'reduce it to zero'.And although we have another senior available,he will assume the role and he will not even take suggestions from others when an colleague asks him of a question.He s been doing this for sometime and gets pretty offended when anyone joking insults him or anything..Please vote
