Is it normal that i hate it when people judge me for the shoes i wear?

Next time someone says something, you say "Want to go buy me a pair? What's that? You don't have $150 to spend on shit for other people? Well neither do I.

Punching them in the throat is very extreme: I'd be more inclined to laugh at people so shallow that they care about what shoes you're wearing. You're right, there's a lot more to life than that: throw it back at them and ask them why they are and why is it important to them?

I love air max shoes but I can't afford to spend 150 plus tax on shoes all the time . I just wear what I find on sale or at the outlets , still nice shoes but .. they aren't always current or "fire" . It's easy enough also to get a pair of clarks or something for like 60 bucks . I suppose if you are still in school you might not be ready for that style but , wear whatever you want . If someone cares that much about the shoes you walk in , they have bigger issues than you do .

I don't judge people on the shoes they wear, unless its really fucking extreme.

I remember going to a carnival (with grass and sand everywhere) and seing a girl in like 9inch heels and thinking, "what a moron".

I like some decent shoes, but I'm not gonna judge someone because they have different taste in shoes, unless like I said, its really extreme and they look super retarded.

I was made fun of in 8th grade for wearing shoes with velcro... they made a huge deal out of it. I still don't understand to this day.

I never notice what shoes people wear. I'm kind of unobservant like that.

I've been wearing mostly Doc Martens, Birkenstocks, Asics and Merrell hiking boots. I do wanna some of those Teva sandals though.

Unfortunately it does matter to some degree, if you want to impress. Forget what the shitheads are saying, get a pair that u look good in because girls notice.
