Is it normal that i had little blisters on my fingers and what causes it?

Well I saw that I had weeny teeny blisters on one my fingers, what causes this as I haven't been using gloves or anything?

    I get them too, like red pressure sort of blisters if thats the same. If you carry heavy bags then this can happen

    I get these from dry skin. My dermatologist told me to use a moisturizer after each bath, and hand lotion after washing my hands during the day, and it helps.

    Misuse of fingers can cause blisters.
