Is it normal that i get stressed this easily
I get stressed pretty much every day, and when I am stressed I tend to have a lot of issues controlling my anger. Is there any recommended ways to handle this stress?

Anger Management therapy and/or meditation and/or see a doctor ASAP as this could easily escalate and take you somewhere you won't want to be
It all depends on how you use it. One of the biggest cancer risks of smoking marijuana is the actual smoke, it has some of the same toxins that tobacco has. I've never heard of anyone dying from marijuana or actually getting cancer from it, but it can lead to it eventually.
I can't smoke it any more because I have emphysema, but that's from tobacco, not cannabis. I still eat it in biscuits though: good for expanding the bronchial passages so I can breathe quite a lot better.
If you've never heard of anyone getting cancer from it, what's your basis for saying it can lead to it eventually? I'm sure ingesting any sort of smoke for long periods of time isn't good for the lungs but whether or not cannabis smoking alone (via a bong or without tobacco in joints) has never been proved as far as I know
the tar phase of marijuana smoke contains many of the same carcinogenic compounds that's in tobacco smoke, including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, such as benz[a]pyrene, which was recently identified as a key factor promoting human lung cancer. It's pretty obvious that ciggs can give you cancer, I don't think people smoke enough weed to get sick from it. I'm a heavy smoker with both marijuana and ciggs, and I always end up smoking way more ciggs than weed on a daily basis.
