Is it normal that i get really uncomfortable when people talk about feet?

First things first, I have a serious foot fetish that no-one knows about. When people talk about feet or even say something as simple as "5 foot tall" I feel really uncomfortable. It almost feels like they know I have a foot fetish and are saying it to make me feel uncomfortable (even though I know this isn't the case). I feel uncomfortable when I'm bare foot as well.
