Is it normal that i get really really turned on when any guy even touches me?

I am a gay male (18) and wanted to know if it is normal to be this horny all the time. Almost anytime a guy touches me for more than a second (who is at least mildly attractive) I get hard really easily, and I also sometimes just get hard looking at them even when they're not wearing anything revealing. Do other gay guys get turned on this easily and this much? It happens almost any time I joke around gay with my friends...
