Is it normal that i get jealous seeing another girl hang over my boyfriend?

For the last little while a female friend of mine has been particularily touchy-feely with my boyfriend while having a boyfriend of her own. It ranges from sitting in his lap, to playing with his hair. I'm very uncomfortable with it, as are a few other friends, but my boyfriend doesn't seem to notice it as more than 'friendly'. What's more is she's doing the same thing to multiple guys in our group of friends, but when her boyfriend comes around she doesn't even look at them! Is it weird for me to find this uncomfortable, especially when she's all over my guy?

    You should make a joke of it when her bf arrives and say,

    "Haha, (tom) you should've been here 5 minutes ago when (julie) was sitting on my bf's knee!"
